Delayed Orders and Lost in Post
Please allow 14 days from expected date of delivery of UK orders before contacting us. For European destinations and International please allow 28 days from expected date of delivery.
Firstly, please contact your local Sorting Office or Post Office - they may have had difficulty delivering the item and have it waiting there.
If your order still hasn’t arrived after the times indicated above, please contact us at info@moviemail.com quoting your order reference number.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for any reason whatsoever.
Faulty items - Please contact customer services who will provide you with a freepost address to return the item to. On receipt, MovieMail will provide you with either a replacement copy of a full refund including any postage charges – please specify which you’d like. Faulty items will be accepted within 1 month of purchase. Please note that if the DVD / Blu-ray does not prove faulty on our equipment then we can only issue a refund and not a replacement copy.
Mis-shipped items - If you have received an item that you did not order please contact customer services. If the mistake was on our part then we will provide you with a freepost address to return the item to and we will refund upon receipt of the item. All errors must be reported within 1 month of dispatch.
Unwanted items - Send the item back to us with a note of your name and address and reason for the return. You will be liable for the cost of postage. Items must be received by us within 14 days of receipt and must be in their original condition. Please contact us for the address to send the item back to.
Damaged Goods
If an order from MovieMail arrives damaged, please contact us and we will give you our Freepost address to return it to. We will organise a replacement after we have received the damaged item.
