The bulk of information, including credit / debit card information, is kept only on our internal systems and is not accessible from the internet. If you wish to check what information we hold then please contact us. We will send you all such information to the postal name and address registered on our system.

We will not release any of your details to any third party or mailing list. Ever.
Newsletters
We send printed monthly catalogues to selected UK customers by surface mail. If you do not wish to receive these mailings, please let us know.
Emails
We e-mail our customers to confirm orders, notify of despatch, discuss order related problems and of course to reply to your emails to us.
We also send a weekly email newsletter with highlights of offers, new releases and changes in our services. You may opt out of these by going to My Account.
Secure Shopping
Our shopping system uses thawte SSL Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. thawte has checked and verified the company registration documents and the site's registered domain name.
