How your order is dispatched
We arrange shipment from multiple sources to get the best possible deal in terms of availability and price for our customers. Currently DVDs are supplied from the UK and Canada. You can see where a DVD is coming from on the main film page, near the ‘Add to Basket’ button. When your order is sourced from Canada, it is supplied direct to you by Moviemail Direct Limited, Palm Chambers, 197 Main Street, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
Legal Note
The Legal title to the goods passes to the customer at the point of despatch wherever that is. This means that the customer is the legal importer of the goods which come from outside your country of delivery and must therefore ensure compliance with all laws and regulations of their country in this regard.
The legal relationship between MovieMail and the customer is governed by the laws of the country of despatch.
This website is operated by Moviemail Limited. In order to bring its users the best range of products at the best prices we have partnered with MovieMail Direct Limited. Moviemail Direct Limited is able to supply Region 1 North American products from Canada.
If an item is being supplied by Moviemail Direct, that will be clearly indicated near to the 'add to basket' button and also on your confirmation email. Delivery times etc will be adjusted to reflect this.

Import Duty and VAT
Any import duties and taxes which may be levied once the product arrives in the country of delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
