Film Description
The London Symphony Orchestra play in this version of Gilbert & Sullivan's classic opera. Having mistakenly been sent as an apprentice to pirates, young Frederic is happy to leave his indentures on his 21st birthday. Falling in love with the beautiful Mabel, one of the many daughters of Major-General Stanley, he decides to marry. However, the pirates are keen to marry the rest of Stanley's daughters.
