Film Description
An action thriller starring Diane Kruger, Special Forces sees an elite team of French commandos sent to Afghanistan to rescue a kidnapped journalist.
After French reporter Elsa (Diane Kruger) is taken hostage by insurgents, a rescue team of commandos is parachuted into enemy territory. All goes surprisingly well, with the team members managing to locate and free Elsa without many mishaps. But when their radio is subsequently destroyed in a firefight, they quickly find themselves in a desperate fight for survival, as they try to outrun their pursuers through the mountains of the Hindu Kush.
