Film Description

A French political thriller, Rapt sees Yvan Attal star as rich industrialist Stanislaff Graff, who is brutally kidnapped from his chauffeur-driven limousine on the eve of his departure for a presidential visit to China. The kidnappers demand a 50 million Euro ransom, and cut off one of his fingers to prove that they mean business. A tense stand-off between the kidnappers, the police and the board of Graff's company ensues, during which harmful secrets from Graff's past are dredged up by the press. Alex Descas, Anne Consigny and Francoise Fabian co-star.
